This wallet has resided in my pocket now for well over a year. It has proven to be quite sturdy & handles normal (I wouldn't say excessive) wear and tear from being open/closed open/closed often and then being sat on the rest of the time very well. Over a year later, no rips or tears at the corners (and this has been a problem for me with other wallets). The white surround color has faded a bit to 'pocket color', but actually, since it's rubber I have cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball. That did not return the colors to new, but it still looks great. So A+ for duribility. And most importantly I get comments about it all the time from everyone from cashiers at the gas station to waiters or waitresses at a restaurant to even my dentist who all think it is way cool. One year later, I'm still loving it, and when it eventually does fall apart, I'll probably get another one. Just seeing it sometimes brings a smile and reminds me of the good old days! But it is not made well, feels fake, and was very expensive for the quality. I decided to return it,as it is not worth twenty-five dollars. To be honest I would not even pay five dollars for the novelty aspect, because it is just an unappealing product. Then, to add insult to injury, I was walking through the mall. Saw the same wallet. For 12.99 - almost half the price on Amazon. Not cool.
